We are a Cornwall based charity dedicated to the highest levels of care and support for people of all ages and all genders impacted by abuse, violent crime and other emotional trauma. Our mission is to help children, young people and adults harmed by abuse and emotional trauma and to prevent abuse from occurring.
We are proud to be a member of the Survivors Trust and are the only all-age service in Cornwall. Our children’s service is both registered and accredited by the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). Our counselling services work to the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
What we do makes a difference. From 1-2-1 therapy for people of all ages and all genders, to our work in schools, our services are focused on preventing, reducing and helping people to recover from the harm caused by abuse, exploitation, sexual violence and other traumatic incidents.

Your help is so important to the work that we do. Every donation we receive directly supports children, young people and adults to recover from the impacts of abuse, sexual violence and other forms of trauma.
Every working day we receive enquiries and referrals from people across Cornwall who need our help. Unfortunately, there are more people in need of our assistance than we have the resources to support. Please help us to help more people. Each donation, large or small, will make a difference.
- £5will support play and art therapy materials for 0-5 year olds
- £10will provide a therapy resources pack for a child or young person
- £60will cover the cost of an adult counselling session
- £100covers the costs of our children’s therapy room for a month
- £500will fund assessments for over 30 survivors of rape and sexual abuse\
- £1200will ensure a child harmed by abuse gets the therapy they need
